Growing real estate/hospitality investment firm with offices in New York is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing fiscal budgets and variances, preparing forecast reports, conducting cash flow reporting, and financial / executive reporting. Additional duties for the Senior Financial Analyst include making budget recommendations, reviewing investment strategies, assisting with month/year-end closing activities, analyzing financial statements, collaborating with corporate business partners and internal staff, working closely with internal and external audit teams, as well as conducting ad hoc reporting duties.
